Rockin Bob's Guitars accepts Visa, Mastercard, cash, personal check (7 business day hold), bank wire transfer, or money orders. First, contact us to make sure the item is still available. You can contact us by using our online contact form us, or by calling 617-625-7707. After verifying availability, send payment to Rockin Bob's Guitars, 31 Holland Street, Somerville, MA 02144. Shipping for all orders (usually from $10 to $30 depending on size and weight) is additional and will be quoted ahead of time.

Important note: Because our inventory is one-of-a-kind, we cannot guarantee availability of any item listed on our web site. We must receive payment for an item within 3 business days after you have indicated you are going to buy it, otherwise we cannot hold the item.

Insured shipping within the USA (usually $10-$40 depending on size and weight) is additional and will be quoted at time of purchase. International shipping is available at extra cost.

All items come with a 24 hour in-home trial. A 10 percent restocking fee may apply. A return authorization number must be obtained from Rockin Bob's Guitars in order to receive credit. Shipping both ways is at the buyer's expense.
